You are not paying for another spreadsheet. You are paying to avoid sorting every line yourself and to receive a human-checked exception set you can review before payment or use in a supplier conversation.
This is a fixed validation-stage pilot price for the scope below, not a claimed market rate or a promise of savings.
No subscription and no automatic renewal. Payment is requested only after we confirm that the files are suitable.

What you receive

If PriceTern accepts the files but cannot deliver the agreed review, it will refund the full pilot fee.
Why this is different from the free tool
The free browser audit lets you run the comparison yourself. In this assisted pilot, PriceTern runs it for you and checks the exceptions before delivery. You remain the decision-maker; the service gives you a shorter, traceable path to that decision.

- Up to 10,000 rows and 100 columns per file
Clear boundaries
PriceTern identifies price exceptions for review. It does not approve payment or verify delivery, freight, rebates, or tax treatment.
After we accept the application, we arrange a separate transfer method. Do not attach supplier files to the initial email. Working files and generated output under PriceTern's control are deleted 7 days after delivery. Refund requests may be made within 14 days of payment.
